To establish and maintain networks with overseas higher education institutions for the virtual exchange activities of SCE

To provide virtual exchange opportunities to SCE staff and students

To develop infrastructural platforms and learning database for virtual exchange initiatives

To apply virtual exchange on pedagogical innovation in teaching and learning

To publicize the virtual exchange stories and the related good practices of SCE at local, regional, and international level

To establish and facilitate Community of Practice (CoP) in virtual exchange at SCE
